Taught by AFAA certified teacher Jenny Peters, this class is just
what you need to get you through that hectic week! Class will begin
with a structured warm-up, followed by several routines combining different
dance styles such as jazz, funk, hip-hop, salsa, and more! We will
also focus on toning those abs and butt. No dance experience
necessary. Come out, let loose, and get a great workout! |

Strengthen and stretch at the same time! Pilates will flatten your stomach,
tighten your buttocks and thighs, improve posture, make you taller and
improve flexibility. This class will also tone and tighten every muscle in
the body from the inside out so you can develop strong, lean muscles without
adding bulk and much much more.
